Our philosophy at Paul Theut Probate Law, P.L.C. is simple. We practice law the way Judge Theut taught us. Grandpa sat on the probate bench for 29 years in rural Michigan, and while he passed in 2012, his words and lessons guide everything we do to this day. Judge Theut believed that everyone was worth listening to, that family was more important than anything, and that it was essential for attorneys to deal with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary ethically and honestly. We believe that practicing law is a privilege that should be used to help others. We strive to resolve complex legal conflicts, preserve assets for families, and protect vulnerable persons.
